The above guidelines are to implement the work deployment of the 2018 Central Economic Work Conference on "increasing the technological transformation and equipment upgrading of the manufacturing industry, accelerating the pace of 5G commercial use, and strengthening the construction of new infrastructure such as artificial intelligence, Industrial Internet, and the Internet of Things".
