Due to the above comprehensive reasons, compared with the rectangular SP pellet shaft furnace of the same scale, the TCS pellet shaft furnace saves one-third of investment and land, has low energy consumption, low operating and maintenance costs, and a processing cost of 10 yuan/ton of finished pellets.

Replacing low-quality pellets and raw ore with high-quality shaft furnace pellets and using them in conjunction with high alkalinity sintered ore is the foundation of refined materials. Due to the high grade of TCS shaft furnace pellets ranging from 63% to 65% and FeO lower than 2%, especially the high temperature metallurgical properties such as reduction and pulverization rate, which are greatly superior to imported rich ore blocks and low-quality pellets, the economic benefits of the entire steel enterprise will be greatly improved. All steel enterprises with good economic benefits are following the path of refined materials.
